Learn the processes and strategies for developing effective work procedures and why work procedures are becoming imperative as our skilled workforce reaches retirement age. You will leave this class with the process and the tools you need to make a step change in your facility. This popular course is available as on-site course because it is so easily customizable to your company's needs.

Manage the life cycle of work from work identification to work order closing. Job mapping is presented as a method to develop effective work procedures. Build effective procedures for PMs, job plans, lubrication, operator check lists, and operational procedures. Procedure templates provide a starting point.

Solve plant equipment problems as you learn facilitation skills for an effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA). At the end of the training, you will be able to facilitate RCAs effectively using 2 pre-analysis tools and 8 RCA methods and develop, select, and implement effective corrective actions.

Applying NFPA 70E® helps avoid workplace injuries and fatalities due to shock, electrocution, arc flash and arc blast, while assisting in compliance with OSHA 1910 Subpart S and OSHA 1926 Subpart K.
